immediately, please let us know. We will not refund shipping charges once they have been shipped. 

 

 

All orders place by 1:00pm cst that are in stock (Mon -Fri) will ship that day, otherwise the next business day. All orders not in stock, normally arrive in 1-3 business days and will ship the day they arrive.

Ground
Delivery time: 1 - 5 business days after shipment based on the distance from our TX facility.


Next Day
Delivery time: 1 business day after shipment based on the distance from our TX facility. If the order is shipped on Friday, UPS will deliver it on Monday. If the order needs to be there on Saturday, let us know at the time the order is placed. The freight must be recalculated for Saturday delivery.

 
2nd Day
Delivery time: 2 business days after shipment based on the distance from our TX facility.

We are striving for 100% accuracy on all orders we receive. To help us achieve this goal, please include your VIN number when placing your order. If your order does NOT include the VIN, the return may be subject to 20% restocking fee. Parts must be returned have never been installed and in their original packaging.

Catalog:

The online parts catalog is to be used as a reference guide, and does not reflect the availability or stocking status of parts. Although majority of the data in the catalog is correct, there can be discrepancies in part numbers and prices. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur.

Damage in transit:

The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged part, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please do not return these items to us.

Returns:

1-No returns on electrical parts, without authorization

2-All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by an invoice

3-No refunds after 30 days, without authorization

4-Body panels are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches and dents

5-If an item is incorrect due to the error of the customer it will be subject to a restocking fee. If the item is incorrect due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. Remember to include you VIN# with every order.

6-In order for us to properly credit you, a RETURNS MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number must accompany all goods being returned to us. To request RMA #, please contact us at 1-800-256-7933 ext. 4228. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on approved returns. We will initiate the return process and cover shipping charges only if the return is due to our error.

7-All accepted returns must be in original packaging and in clean resalable condition

8-All returns must be shipped to Southwest Ford PO Box 234 3000 Fort Worth Hwy. Weatherford, TX 76087 

Core Returns:

Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core must be in original packaging. If you have any questions on core charges please feel free to contact us at 1-800-256-7933 ext. 4233 and we will be happy to answer them. 

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The factory warranty constitutes all of the warranties with respect to the sale of all items. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this item/items.

Refused Shipments:

All freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to the customer.

 

Ford parts sold over the counter or wholesaled are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months/12,000 miles for parts (exchange) only.
